New confocal microscope arrives

With the generous support of the IFAS Dean for Research, AMCB graduate program and Department of Animal Sciences we have been able to acquire a new spinning disc confocal microscope. Lovingly named "Chompy" this new microscope will dramatically enhance the imaging capabilities if the Animal Sciences department allowing high resolution and live cell imaging of cell and tissues to further the research goals of the department and IFAS.
